Have never had any issues whatsoever working with Nelson & Associates. Its always very easy to get in contact with someone at the office if I ever have any questions. First Rate Service. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new insurance agency.
I switched to Erie insurance and saved over $300/yr. I requested a quote from an Erie agent in Indiana, they never got back to me, ever.... I called Nelson's and the got back to me quickly, came out to see me and look at the house within the week. I was familiar with Erie from previous dealings and was happy to find Nelson's were very nice to work with and very responsive.
Always check your paperwork closely. I would suggest retaining an attorney to approve any paperwork from Nelson & Associates prior to signing. I didnt, and I wish I had.
I do not recommend. It seems like they always hire their grandkids for stuff and the kids are lazy and unhelpful. I called for questions and the agent was short with me and acted as though she didn't have time she needed to get in the back room and have her coffee, tea, food, etc. Overall bad experience and I do like Frick better customer service wise. below average for erie
I haven't been to the office recently but I renew my auto and home insurance yearly and find especially the auto Guaranteed lockedin Rate is a good price
