Beyond efficient. Customer service excellent. Julie? understood that my old policy was expiring that day, and had the sense of urgency required to write my policy that day. No problem. Great rates, great service and they will go the extra mile to get the job done. In other words, they want your business, rather than the other company in town who him hawed around for two days and couldn't get the job done. We were ready to switch company's, and that company or the agent couldn't have cared less if she had our business or not. I highly recommend Neighbor Insurance!
