Terrible service! You get a letter saying you’re no longer insured and you contact them to get it fixed and days go by and they don’t answer you or say they will call you back and they don’t. Then your driving around without insurance thinking you have it. Then they have the nerve to cut you off saying they will no longer offer you service because you call them out on not doing one job. The only job they have to insure your vehicle. Wow just terrible. I recommend if you have this person as your agent get out while you can.

Hours say 9-6. I rushed to get payment and money order and it is closed! It is 4:50 pm

I’m so dissatisfied with this business, I was told one price then upped my price the next month then , I was told to finish paying a charge I owed so my home insurance could be continued , turns out it was a late fee and removed my insurance , Julie is very unprofessional about explaining things she needs to be trained better , I understand they get commission off this but she went about it a very unprofessional manner ,
