Honest to god one of the most unprofessional businesses i’ve ever had to conversate with. They do nothing right and should honestly be taken to court for be fraudulent. Once their old manager retired who was a great guy they have gone extremely downhill and you should do everything in your power to use any other possible Workers Comp company if you’re in need of assistance.

I have been on Workers Compensation since 2001, and have had 4 spinal fusions, and i am 100% permanently disabled. They have denied ALL my mesication, treatment, and hospital bills. I have lost over 150 pounds, and my orhans are now being affected, and they still deny, deny, deny!!! What did I EVER DO WRONG TO DESERVE THIS??? I fell at work and broke my back! Why is this company so PUNITIVE towards me? WHY?

If I could give beyond negative stars I would! My whole case is a huge mess because of them. They denied a right shoulder surgery, then I had to go through my private insurance otherwise I would have had a right shoulder replacement. They left me in excruciating pain for two years! After the surgery, I went to post surgical pt. They took back all their money and denied my pt saying I didn’t need it. They left me with zero post surgical pt for 7 months and caused another labrum tear and a frozen shoulder. I took them to court and won! The judge and my attorney ripped into them. Not only that I needed surgery again to fix the extensive damage they caused. So now they are stuck paying any imaging, medical bills, future medical bills any surgeries, and pt because they also caused an over compe

Unfortunately I would give 5 negative stars if that were possible but I can't. My husband has been dealing with them for the last 3 years and it's been a nightmare EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!! He's been on pain medication for more than 20 years due to work injury in a hospital. EVERY month it requires a prior authorization, every month it's delayed stating that the doctor isn't doing it correctly. Pain management doctor has been practicing for 30 plus years and knows EXACTLY HOW TO DO THIS! Now we've moved from NY to FL and you guessed it. THIS doctor not doing it correctly either. His case adjuster Chrystal never calls back, actually gave her reason last month that Halloween is a big deal in her house! Can you imagine telling a customer that!? Not to mention that his case manger or whatever t

Horrible experience dealing with them. Got approved for PAR for workers comp claim. NCA comp refused to let the vendors approved for the case work with us to try and get hearing aids for a patient. Stefanie Clifford adjustor sent our patient to several other audiology practices in attempt to cut us out from being able to dispense hearing aids to our patient of 15 years. It's been a few months and our patient still doesn't have hearing aids. Horrible carrier. Both adjustors working on the case never call me back when they say they do. I'm left with no option but to report NCA comp to the NY state of financial Services. Our patient is almost 100 years old horrible to do this to people.
