Had an incredible experience with our new agent, Caydon Beinarauskas. We were given an incredible rate, and after years of over spending through other companies we will now be saving hundreds of dollars. He is professional, personable, easy to get ahold of , and an absolute delight to work with. Highly recommend to anyone that would like to save money yet still have great coverage, and to prepare ahead of time for when things go unexpected.

Erin and Lauren are the best, most consistent employees I have had the pleasure to work with for Farm Bureau. Anytime I have needed to make adjustments, Lauren has been very helpful. Recently I needed help changing and sending for a business application and Erin was able to get me squared away and sent everything.

My husband and I have been with Farm Bureau Insurance for over 10 yrs. We are now trying to get them to pay for new roof shingles that is covered but they are pushing back. We have had our roofer and the insurance roof adjuster on our roof taking pictures and was told by the insurance roof adjuster tell us there is no reason why Farm Bureau should not approve our claim, but they did! If you want to just pay Farm Bureau and not have to use your insurance when needed the go with them. If you intend to pay for insurance and use it when needed DO NOT USE FARM BUREAU!!!!

Edit 4/10/25: Unfortunately the service I've received since Tim left is abysmal. I have cancelled and taken my business elsewhere. Laura Wood has been an absolute pleasure to work with in the over 4 years my company has conducted business with FB. I really hope you guys turn things around. I've been working with Tim Moore for my business insurance for over two years now. 10/10 customer service, comprehension of all the nuances of business insurance, and a veteran to boot. Highly recommend.

I've been with Farm Bureau for over 20 years. Everytime I call they are super helpful. Laura was amazing today!
