NC Farm Bureau Insurance

Farm bureau insurance is awesome but this branch is AWFUL! They are always so rude and disrespectful. They can be rude to you but once you snap back they don’t like it. I have no problem with another office than this one. Can’t wait to be done with this branch!!

The local staff is helpful, but Farm Bureau Auto Insurance just sucks. It is expensive and they will drop you immediately after a claim. I tried to add my daughter and a new car to my policy and I had to call 4x before it was done. Their online portal is awful.

Sets up automatic payments through Farm Bureau's portal, apparently this doesn't actually set up automatic payments like every other automatic payment scheduler out there. According to the one of the worker's it just "Allows you to set it up".... what?? I have never heard such a thing. Now I've made a late payment for the first time in my life because of this. Not that this is directed toward this particular office, but I can't say they're handling it nicely either and they're not trying to guide me on how to, by their standards, properly set it up through the portal.

Horrible place!! I will never get insurance with this company again!!! They were overcharging me for years. I ended my policy and was told I would get almost the whole amount I paid for that month because it was just one day after. They send my a check, a month later I might add... For $14.35!!! I just paid $50.00!!!! DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!! THEY ROB YOU BLIND!!!!
