I recently had a negative experience with an adjuster named Robert. I contacted the company to make changes to my insurance policy, including adding coverage for a box van, increasing coverage on my truck, and removing coverage for my motorcycle. The representative I spoke with was helpful and assured me that my bill would not change significantly. However I discovered months later that the changes had not been made and I had been driving a vehicle without insurance, putting myself and others at risk. Do not trust these people. I had a decent home insurance policy, basically one I could afford. Once I switched to dealing with this office they asked to come and take pictures of my house. There is nothing wrong with my house. Next thing I know they are cancelling my policy. This is going to cost me thousands of dollars. Beware.

They came to assess the roofing damage due to wind taking the shingles off. Since the shingles were mostly missing from one side of the house, they said they will replace only half the roof. Replacing half the shingles is stupid because it will be a total mismatch in color and style. Especially since the shingles on our house are from a modular home company and are no longer available for sale. So now I'm stuck. I can't just replace half the roof, and I cannot afford to do the whole roof at my own expense.
