NC Farm Bureau Insurance

We have had insurance with Farm Bureau for 4 years in NC and probably 12 in another state. My daughter had a minor accident and she’s 19, I’m being advised that they will be canceling our policy. We have never had an auto claim. Take your business elsewhere! Edited to add: Jordan Morris (adjuster) refused to give a breakdown of the claim that they are canceling my policy over and advised the other vehicle is totaled ($23,213.67 damages). Although this is the picture of the other car. I’ve asked for a supervisor and am now waiting for Eddie to contact me. I have advised I will be filing a claim with the NCDOI 12/29/25 Spoke with Eddie Wiseman District Claims Manager and he gave conflicting information about the claim vs what we were told at the local office. I had home owners insurance for 4 years and every year the cost increased. Finally I made the effort to shop around and found that I was over paying by about $200 a month. Also the communication with the agent has been practically non-existent . When I cancelled my policy they received a payment from my escrow account and 30 days later I am still waiting for the refund to be received. The reasons for the delay have included MLK day and weather but I have received mail from all other bills and vendors. My recent dealings with Farm Bureau have been really disappointing which is really unfortunate because both my parents and son have Farm Bureau home owners insurance because of my recommendation 3 years ago.

I have been their customers for many years and I'm very satisfied with their service.

Left a quote for repairs over a month ago. Called and left messages numerous times but we still haven't gotten a basic reply. Not exactly what one would expect from a so-called, professional insurance provider. Maybe its time to file a lawsuit and look for a replacement. Whatever, it goes without saying, this company has left its better days behind them. Would have recommended years ago but now, it is ran more like a fly-by night operation and not what you would expect from even your basic insurance company. if anything changes, i will update this review. If you see it, you can be sure that their modus operandi has remained as lousy as it is this moment.
