All the staff up front were nice and my new agent Mr. Phillip Irvin was very informative as well as personable very easy to talk to. Phillip Irvin is possibly the best insurance agent I have ever had the privilege to work with. I have had zero issues over the years thanks to his diligence. He has helped me out of a pinch more times than I can count. He handles not only all my personal policies(which there are a lot of) but also all my commercial/business policies. He not only offers these policies but is well informed on every single one. Phillip Irvin is the absolute best Insurance agent and friend. He's not all about making a buck. He genuinely cares about you and your family. He doesn't rush you out of the office either, although he probably should start because I'm sure I'm in there entirely too long. 😂🤣

I originally joined Phillip when he saved me hundreds of dollars with my homeowners insurance. Since then he has proven to not only be an insurance agent but some one I can depend on. He has seen me through many "incidents" with my young drivers and always sends me a Happy Birthday message just because. Now he is covering my oldest child as he ventures off into adulthood providing him with car insurance and renters insurance.
