NC Farm Bureau Insurance

The first interaction was great and the agent, Tony, promised me they would be my sole point of contact. That was my main priority after having multiple accidents (neither was my fault) and being bounced around from agent to agent. Unfortunately, my experience has been no better than any other insurance company despite the higher premium. I’ve emailed the same question several times over a two week period and he and his assistants have continually fail to provide the information requested. If they can’t provide assistance for basic everyday coverage inquiries, I can’t imagine they would be helpful if I ever had another accident and really needed them!

Tony Woodlief has been our insurance agent for 2 years and has always been professional, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. He always gives us the best rates (we have shopped him) and is friendly and honest. The one draw back to Farm Bureau is their statements are a bit confusing and their system is a bit old school. (I don't think there is a way of paying online) but it just gives us an excuse to call and talk with Tony- so we don't mind. :-)

I've use Farm Bureau in Butner for many years. My parents used Farm Bureau before me. This particular Branch has the nicest, smartest, most helpful staff. They are real professionals! I love the fact that when you call a human being answers the phone not a machine.

Received a letter from DMV that they stopped providing proof of insurance. Agent hasn’t returned call in two months.
