NC Farm Bureau Insurance

I had farm bureau on two vehicles in new bern nc for 450 every 6 months. Got it here and added an old jeep and it went up to 900. Have gotten 2 bills after signing up here for the exact same amount and had to pay both of them. I know I'm being overcharged and it's ridiculous. I also have homeowners with them but am no way getting any kind of discount.

So I was with this company for 12 years and until about the last year I was ok with the service they provided. It use to have people that cared and were on a first name basis with thier customs and now they have lost all that and I see why they keep losing help. Had made a claim and then canceled because of the lack of damage to a small portion of the bumper of my car and even though I cancelled they put it as if they had paid money out toward my car. Nor did the agent try to inform me that if I canceled it would be same as if I didn’t cancel and would be the same outcome. Then iv been going into the office for 12 years to pay my insurance in person and they have always put this dumb 25 dollar membership fee with my bill till about a year ago and all of a sudden they don’t and didn’t say

Bad communication, bad organization, and ready to drop your policy (even though you paid on time) at the drop of a hat. The workers are nice enough but I'm going home and trashing my farm bureau shirt. Edit: and they keep getting worse, now they have dropped my other vehicle for the same mistake as before. If you make a mistake, Farm Bureau, you're supposed to own up to it and make it right. Not double down and say there isn't a thing you can do, AND THEN TO NOT CALL BACK WHEN YOU JUST SAID YOU WOULD BEFORE CLOSING!

EDIT!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND USE A DIFFERENT OFFICE! SINCE JESSE LEFT THIS OFFICE HAS LITERALLY TANKED!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES ONE AFTER THE OTHER!!! LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT OFFICE! ITS SO SAD THIS OFFICE USED TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND ON POINT! NOW THERE IS ZERO COMMUNICATION AND NO ONE KNOWS WHATS GOING ON THEY DONT EVEN SEEN TO UNDERSTAND THEIR OWN BILLING SYSTEM!! THEY WILL NICKLE AND DIME YOU! The farm bureau in Columbus nc is the best insurance agent! I love the front desk woman, Carmen, she is so friendly and always takes the time to ask if everything is good, and answers questions. My agent Jesse is hands down the best. He explains everything in detail and has always been there for me. I had a horrible accident on a Saturday morning and Jesse made me a priority! Definitely rec
