I've had a pretty rough week, and in midst of incredible heartbreak from losing a close family member, I lost my wallet. Justin Vander Meer, did his research, sent a random text, and found me in hopes to return my wallet...with my Christmas cash still in it from my Grandmother 🥹. There are still tons of amazing people in the world with pretty awesome integrity. My wife and I have been customers of Farm Bureau for several years. Farm Bureau insures both our home and our vehicles. Our vehicle was recently damaged from a storm which impacted Rowan County, causing significant property damage to the vehicle. My wife and I have always communicated to Farm Bureau that we wanted "full coverage," which we have always understood to include everything, including rental and towing charges. We have even met with adjusters in our home to discuss "full coverage" and have always understood this to be the case and felt assured that we would always be protected with Farm Bureau. My wife called them on Thursday talked to some guy that came off a little rude, was told that he would get back to her by the next day. But no one has called and given her a quote. This company doesn't want our buesness that's fine we will go elsewhere. We were told by the car sales person that they could get us a low rate.
