Poor service and wrongfully charged two months in a row for insurance policies that I no longer have with this office. Chris will not issue a refund and says it will be credited to an open account that they tripled in price. The girl at the front desk dropped the ball twice on sending in paper work and lied saying she never talked with me even though I had proof she had. Chris left the burden lying on my shoulders even though they dropped the ball by his own admittance. I highly suggest using another insurance provider or at least a different office!

This is the worst branch. If you are depending on them to look out for your interest, I would suggest you take your business somewhere that has better customer service. Chris Davis is the worst agent. Take your business to another company.

Should just add the 26 dollar yearly payment onto the normal payments so you.dont have to threated to close the account for not paying it. Make the company look desperate for 26 bucks
