NC Farm Bureau Insurance

It's not every day you see someone praise an insurance company, more likely you read about people fighting with them to get their claims paid properly. I cannot begin to express my delight with Farm Bureau. My agent Brian Ellenburg is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable and understanding agents I have ever worked with. His assistant, Elizabeth Ireland is fantastic and knows just how to handle hard to please customers like myself. Here is the impressive part. I was hit in the rear by someone who was insured by another company (I'll leave nameless). That company was not a pleasure to work with and I called Brian to complain. He immediately said Farm Bureau would take the claim as if it were against their policy, get my repairs done and they would collect from the other company -- n
