NavSav Insurance - Ocala

I've had Ocala Insurance for a long time and then this company takes over and doesn't care about customer service. I called a couple times and was told only one person Brittany Kellerman can help but she's not in so email her. It took over a week to get a response then forever just to get her to respond back. I've gone back and forth with her and she doesn't even do what I ask? I'm the one giving you business not the other way around. She then quotes me double what I was currently paying. It's fine though found better coverage with someone who was happy to take my money for half the cost.

Amy is my insurance agent and let me tell you she is AMAZING! this lady is knowledgeable about insurance and very kind and patient as she helps you find the best policy for your circumstances. I hate dealing with insurance and having to shop for policies but Amy makes this grueling process easy and even enjoyable. Give this lady a raise.

The absolute worst agency. I requested a simple quote on august 7. I followed up on August 11, 21 and 26th. Still no quote, and no response or follow up from the agent. I'd hate to think what would happen if I actually had a CLAIM! The receptionist is completely inept, and told me I did not have a policy with them at all (which I clearly do, and have evidence as such). There were no notes on my previous requests. She tried to hand me off to another agent, to leave another mesage, but I told them I'm going to another agency. Take your business elsewhere. The communication here is 0.

I just had a super positive experience dealing with Amy at the Ocala office. She was extremely patient and spent lots of time helping me to find the best policy for my cars and as a bonus she saved me money!! I recommend her to anyone who wants to get help with their auto insurance.

Once you work with Amy you will never want to go with any other insurance broker. She is kind, smart compassionate and any other positive adjectives you can think of. She shopped for the best prices was considerate of my technology ignorance and made what I thought was an insurmountable job look easy. Whoever is her boss and is reading this.....SHE DESERVES a large raise. Don't let her go whatever the cost...LOL
