I got auto insurance via Progressive in 2024. I also bundled my renters policy with the auto insurance.I canceled my renters policy with Youngs insurance. I called and canceled it because it was on that automatic withdrawal from my bank account. As I checked my accounts noticed th as t my balances were incorrect. I also screen shot the page as well. Youngs insurance company was still withdrawing monies from my account well into June of 2025. I also received a call from them in May of 2025 and was asked if I wanted to RENEW the policy, and I reiterated what I stated in February 2025. I stated that I no longer need the policy. I had a very positive experience working with Janise Whelan while working to update an auto policy that would better serve the needs of my daughter. She was able to work with an underwriter to make an update to an existing policy that precluded the need to create a new one due to a name change. Janise was also able to ask the right questions to determine that a surcharge from two years ago was incorrectly applied to the policy which allowed for a substantial policy credit.
