Nationwide Insurance: Robert E Lee, Jr.

I miss Angie G. who helped me with all my insurance needs for years and years. I sincerely hope that one of the other agents is half as good as Angie was so I will continue to be a happy customer and continue to give a 5 star rating! I hope wherever she has gone really appreciates her as I talked with her and called back 2 weeks later with my answer and there is no info where she is! She really remembered her customers and was awesome!

UPDATE: since i got a threatening email that I will be sued if I don't remove this post by Bob Lee : My 85 year old father received a letter (according to Lee) in September, but i have a letter from nationwide stating 12-12-23 with a list of demands that needed done to his house. My father has been his customer for 32 years! He was given 2 months to comply!!! To comply or he would be dropped. The list was unheard of! Especially in the middle of WINTER to do any task that was given to him. My father spoke with Bob Lee and he assured him not to worry about it, and he would take care of it. February 10th my father received a notice of cancelation from nationwide for failure to comply. After numerous phone calls to Bob Lee, he was always "out of town" to take the call. Class act by him!!

This insurance office is modern and tidy, the staff are friendly, and are prompt to attend the front counter.

Most of the White Oak office goes above and beyond. I'd rate them 10 stars out of 5 ! I'd recommend them for all your insurance needs.
