Be sure not to miss payments, if you miss 2 in a row you can't pay online anymore. I called Nationwide to try to find out how to pay, they told me call my agent so I did. I also ended up deciding to switch providers as most companies are cheaper. So I called Kenneth trying to figure out what I had to pay and how to do it. Since I was also switching providers he and his receptionist both initially said I didn't owe anything then said I probably did. Kenneth said he would call me back in a few minutes about it, it was my day off so I waited a couple hours for that call. Never hearing back I called him back, but he had gone home early that day. Since he said he would call me back if I owed anything I assumed I was in the clear. Later on I got a collections letter, so I did owe. Missing the p
