If there was a way to give a one star or negative stars I would. We have been waiting 4 days to hear back from this agent and then was told "we don't have a market for your type of business to cover you". We are a Screen print and Embroidery business with big equipment and looking to get covered in our new space and cover our investments into our business. To hear this just means they don't feel like working with what they think is a big market business. Thank you for being nice to our face and then rude on the phone!
