Was a customer for years, until they messed up my payment causing me to have my policy canceled. This was not the first time. Its one thing to make a mistake, its another to be down right rude, and put the blame on the customer. When I expressed my disappointment, I was told well you could look elsewhere, but you will pay more. I am so glad I did. Found an agent who let me know that I can switch agents, and keep the same policy. Which is exactly what I did. Mr Dahler was always nice to deal with, but whomever took over (I think his name is Josh) should take a course on how to treat their clients.

Gary Dahler insurance agency is second to none. His professionalism and customer service is the best you will get. I have known Gary for years and he is the best in the business. Recently during this covid crisis and a few others, we required some extra assistance on things. Gary did not hesitate ( and has never) to jump right in and help us out. He makes his customers a priority and that’s hard to find. I value and respect Mr. Dahler. If you are in the market for insurance, Gary is your man. You will not be disappointed.

They wanted 4000 down and over 1000 a month. No thanks. I took my business elsewhere
