Ernie and his team are always responsive to my family's needs. I now have 3 cars, a boat, a RV, and my homeowners insurance with them. You can't find a more honest and reputable group to work with.

A one star is stretching it. I was denied a claim for my roof replacement. It took three calls to my rep just to finally get them to sit down and explain to me why. My agent told me "we are on the sales side and not the adjuster side" I finally got a sit down and explained that the denial said faulty design. In my paperwork when I bought the house there are no fewer than three statements saying " roof approved" , yes was answer by this, "roof in good condition" and marked yes. At no time did they tell me to rebuild roof. I am seeking legal advice but I can tell you Ernie Yarborough and his team will not go to bat for you. It is only a numbers game to them. Run from this agency and this company.
