I had a terrible experience with this company and trying to get insurance transferred to an agent. I was never called back and took three attempts on my part to contact or try to contact an agent in regards to my rates and coverage. The only person I was able to speak with was the receptionist which was very helpful, but had no authority to do anything in regard to my insurance policies. I was even told that the DocuSign she that was sent to me was in regards to this company being able to quote rates for me and was misled when the form actually was to make them my agent that is blame on my part for not reading the document thoroughly and trusting their word instead of trying to get my business without doing anything which is very misleading and was a flat-out lie. a very unpleasant response when I just tried to call about a quote. I kept getting interrupted by the lady who answered. I told her I had a saved quote. I could not tell her much about me as she kept making strange noises. She could have been talking with a mouth full of food I guess. Then put me limbo hold. NO THANKS.
