Nationwide Insurance: Brian Mcloughlin

Scammers, went in talked to a lady she claimed her self a broker and she has access to all auto insurance companies.She gave me a price for 3000$ which is ridiculous from Progressive insurance and didnt make sense to me. Same day i got a quote from Progressive website online and it was around 1350$. I dont recommend this place. (It was weird She didnt give me a quote for nationwide)

Worst agent ever. I had been with Nationwide for years. I only met him once - the very first day we signed up - because he is NEVER there. Any changes we made to the policy were handled by whoever happened to be in the office or over the phone with Nationwide customer service. With that being said, I call him AND emailed him telling him I want to cancel (he has the gall to ask me consider him the next time I renew my policy with my new company). Two weeks later I wake up to find that I've overdrafted because he didn't cancel my policy. I went into the office for an explanation and he wasn't there -big surprise. Never heard back from Receptionist Laura after she text me saying she would get back to me & its been over 2 weeks, have texted her & still no response

The people in Nationwide Insurance are fantastic, very helpful , always with a smile and ready to help you. There should be more people in this world like them.

Did not have a good experience with this office location and agents who work here. Will not recommend this agent and practice.to anyone as they never take calls or return any back. Horrible customer service here.
