Nationwide Insurance: Benjamin Hollamby Agency

I am appalled that Nationwide would allow such poor quality and deficient customer service under the umbrella of their name. The Hollamby Agency has my homeowners policy transferred from another state (which I've had for 20+ years). I left an electronic message 3 weeks ago that although electronically "we'll be in touch soon" haven't heard a peep. This has been the case since one competent person left 2 years ago. Going to look for another Nationwide agent who has professional competent customer service as part of their business plan.

We had to switch to the direct corporate agent pool to get decent service. Asked for a quote to add homeowners to it policy for two years and no quote. They "lost" my safe driver certificate and didn't bother to tell us. The list goes on.

Ben hooked me up with my first motorcycle policy at a sweet price I couldn’t say no to. I use these guys for my car as well. These guys have always taken care of my wife and I. They are more than welcoming whenever we walk in and will always answer their phone and guide me with any questions I may have. I guess I’d say Ben’s a cool dude 🤘🏻

Never emailed dealer in Ohio new insurance cards on a Thursday. They were closed the next day and Monday as well for Martin Luther King day. Drove 4 hours to dealer to be told no insurance cards to drive car home!!!!

By far the worst agent I've ever had. If I had a dollar for every time I've tried calling them and they don't answer the phone, I'd never have to pay for insurance again out of pocket !!
