This spanish lady seated to the right as enter through the door on 6/26/23 around 3:10 pm is unprofessional, rude ,disrespectful if you are a non spanish- speaking client trying to get auto insurance she will show you rudeness and disrespect to your face! Stay away from this place if you don’t want ruin your day. The management at this location need to employ better personnel with office etiquette, manners and zero attitude to clients visiting here. You will really regret swinging by here if you meet this woman that if you are not spanish. I would give zero star!

This people they charge you money without nothing They charge me $800 when I ask you them why you judging me this did they don't tell me anything that's what I surprise if you have insurance and you don't pay the 1st month they will disconnected but this people judging you 800 something and they don't tell you why this happening man I know seen before like that so be aware my brother will you go when thank you

be careful .. they'll cancel your coverage, keep your money and won't tell you unless you have an incident. Exceptionally poor customer service, unprofessional, and crooks until they are caught.
