Great service..Mr Acosta looked at my previous Insurance provider and trimmed the hidden inflated services in my old policy..Very much appreciated his no pressure approach.. thumbs up 👍
If I could leave zero stars it would be more accurate. You would think with 2 home, 2 cars and a jet ski all under policy that someone (especially the agent!) would be interested in answering an email. NOPE! Time after time, I get zero responses when I call or email. I'm done! If I am staying with nationwide I will give my business to a more deserving agent.
