National Unity Insurance Company

Very bad experience with this insurance company. Have only had one contact with third party claims management from American claims management, no answer on email or calling. Accident was 16 days ago and still have not had a follow up from adjuster being sent out. Plus we are getting a car when the vehicle we had was a truck.

Absolutely, positively, one-hundred-and-one percent useless. Didn't bother to answer the phone when I first called to report something (I finally reached them eight hours later), then considered my case complete after reviewing the wrong insurance policy and denying claims that I hadn't even made. Recommended if you like paying people to do nothing.

Sorry insurance they give you the running around at the end they tell you that your Claim is not good don't waste your money in This insurance. To me they're fake insurance all they are they collected money from people don't want to pay the claims

I got yelled at because I complained that the lady that is taking my case never answeres her phone or following through my case. Horrible customer service.
