My experience with NTP was truly the best warranty company in over 44 years in trucking. Every time I called there was someone on the other line ready to assist NTP backed up their services promised to me the customer and never let me down for all covered components. I always thought if you don't have a manufacturer warranty you don't have warranty I was wrong this NTP warranty has served me above and beyond what I've expected. They Covered My engine And my transmission & DPF System. I'm very glad I purchased my NTP 2000 this warranty is MUST have if you're buying a used truck this company truly stand behind their contracts.as far as I'm concerned I will never buy a used truck without NTP 2000

Outtake NOx sensor was bad. Brought truck in to Kenworth and all work including getting the OK from NTP was done and I was back on the road in less than 2 1/2 hours. The adjuster Kevin wasted no time approving the claim. As always I am very happy I made the choice to get the Extended Warranty from NTP.

Though, I haven't had to use the warranty , I did purchase it. I had the service on an older truck and when upgrading my equipment with Landstar, It was a no-brainer to add the warranty to the newer truck. The services that NTP offers is vast and comprehensive and at a fair price IMO. Plus, which is most important, they have a good reputation! The NTP Warranty brings me a peace of mind.

I have heard absolute horror stories with other drivers that have NTP warranty, even sort-of witnessed one (what I had THOUGHT, before actually having the program myself) with a husband/wife team driver at a repair facility in Little Rock, where they opted to pay for the repair out of pocket, rather than wait for their approval. Not too sure what that end result was. I've also heard the same horror stories from various shops across the country. Well, I've had these guys for nearly 2 years now. I had to say, they've saved me WELL over $15k, even literally getting a covered repair done as we speak. My first time filing a claim with NTP and had some issues at first but after talking with the claims manager Josh Padgett he got everything sorted out and had my claim approved in no time! He had great customer service and helped to get my truck back on the road! He was very knowledgeable would definitely recommend.
