Extremely disappointed with the way this insurance company operates. I purchased a commercial vehicle insurance policy and paid the full annual premium of $5,700. I received the insurance card and certificate. Just three days later, I was notified that the premium had suddenly increased to $12,000 per year, and I was told I had to pay an additional $6,300 or the policy would be canceled. I refused to accept these new terms, which were imposed after the policy was already issued. The company unilaterally canceled the policy. It’s now been nearly two months, and I still haven’t received a refund. No explanation, no timeline — just silence. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in the commercial insurance sector where reliability is critical. I strongly advise others to be extre
I tried to reason with these people, I tried to explain what was going on and they offered me approximately 50% of damage value and they wanted to salvage my vehicle! I even talked to VP about my case, I’m not sure what kind of business they run in here but it’s not insurance. I’ve sent them market value ads, I have sent them all my receipts and after the first offer they sent me letter stating that they will not pay for damages. Dishonest and not business worthy, especially knowing that vp was aware of the situation. Why buy a policy from them if they are not willing to pay? 10 months now they are holding me without paying the damage. Stay away these people look only for their own interest.

Worst company in the world. Brought a truck from my cousin who's business went under. This pos insurance company is stating that we are in business together. Took my 2500 to start my policy, 1 week later they said my policy would be canceled after 30 days. Not only that only 18 days after they decided to cancel my policy they send this bull to the dot which prevents me from getting loads from brokers. But they already have my 2500 bucks. Crooks at work here. They always return a call or email 15 minutes before closing as well
I've used multiple insurance companies in my life and national indemnity is by far the worst. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone that even has the slightest idea of what's going on. It took them 6 hours of me calling back for them to email me a document. Now It's going on two days of waiting for a certificate of insurance after I already paid. I wish I could give 0 stars. I can't wait to leave geico and national indemnity.
