Chris Knupp called me to review my policies. I'm very glad he did - It was a great refresher on what Nilico offers, what my policies cover and I took advantage of the Last Will and Testament that they offer at no charge. Chris is a very likeable guy and seems passionate about his work. It was a pleasure getting to know him.

They are affiliated with my union and therefore offer an accidental death benefit in exchange for our contact infos. They offer whole life insurance which is pretty pricey if you ask me. The worst thing about them is that they come right off asking intrusive questions trying to get new leads to more family members etc. The meeting was supposed to be "20-30 minutes" but was an hr and 10 before they even dropped the price on me. I understand it was a new salesman but that should have been taken into account when quoting a time frame. Bait and switch specialists.

Marc Castilloux was very knowledgeable and walked through everything, explained everything very well and was very helpful with setting up out zoom meeting. He did a wonderful job.
