VASHTI IS THE ONLY REASON FOR THIS 5 STAR REVIEW!!! I was upset due to calling 3 times with no assistance, until the 4th call. Vashti went above and beyond to provide me with excellent customer service and met all of my needs without acting like she was too busy to help me or that I was asking for too much. She even did more than the supervisor I spoke with on first call that was not kind or helpful. He even refused to speak to me on the second call, but spoke to me through an employee even though i was requesting to speak with him directly. True leaders lead from the front, not the rear using another as a shield. Replace that supervisor with Vashti and maybe "quality customer service with care", my words, can become a vital part of the claims department's call etiquette in the future. She

I reached out to Vashti today to discuss two existing tire claims. She exceeded my expectations with her knowledge, care and concern for my inquiry. I am extremely grateful for her ability to address me, my issue and ensure I'd get my claim paid with the documentation that I'd uploaded. This company has contracted with Alfa Insurance and they are scamming Alfa’s customers and not providing service to the insured. I called my Alfa insurance on January 26 for service. I had a flat tire. I went through the call process and spoke with someone. I did not receive a follow up text or any call afterward letting me know that my call for service was acknowledged by a service provider. We had just had severe ice storm in Ga so I figured they would be busy. I received a call the next day asking if service had been done and I said no that no one showed up and they said OK thanks and hung up on me. An Indian accent, not American, I was shocked that they would just hang up and not even find out if I still needed the service which I did. So I called again later that day on Tuesd

The dealership I purchased my vehicle from is no longer in business. I was told the gap insurance remainder from my old vehicle would be sent to the original lender for refund to me. After more than 2 months waiting for the funds to be returned, the lender says they never received the remaining balance from nation safe. Now a representative tells me after my 5th call they will issue a check directly for the administrative portion only! So they just pocket the balance? The customer service is awful and 5 calls, hours of time spent and no solution or explanation is unacceptable!
