Nathan Scholze has been my auto and homeowners insurance agent for nearly 20 years, and I've never had anything but pleasant and professional interactions with him. Most recently, I had to file a claim and there was a mix-up in the paperwork that I wasn't having any luck resolving on my own. I called him, and he told me he'd take care of it; less than 5 minutes after we hung up, State Farm was calling me and telling me they'd fixed the issue. It's a privilege to have him as an agent.
