I don’t know how to appreciate Mr. Dallas for finding the best deal on home & auto insurance for me and my family. I highly recommend Mr. Dallas. He is very professional, he will be the person to find you the best deal of insurance to suit you and your family.

We were looking to transfer my daughter's car to her after she got a job in Nashville, TN after she graduated. We got a referral from a friend in KY for NIG. We started working with Hannah and she was GREAT! She was very patient, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable on getting things setup correctly. They had a GREAT rate, and we even added renters insurance. Hannah is an A+++++++.

I can't say enough good things about Dallas Owen. He truly cares about his clients and goes far above and beyond to ensure they are comfortable with what they're getting. He follows up and follows through and is extremely knowledgeable and patient. If only everyone I did business with was this amazing!

I have had Allstate for years, and while pleased with their services, found myself confused on the intricacies of my policy and rates at my renewal time. When I called I spoke to an absolute gem, Hannah South, who walked me through everything so I understood everything, and she even volunteered to review my additional policies to ensure I had the appropriate/elected coverage and rates. I have never had such a great experience with customer service over the phone, let alone from an insurance agent, and the whole process made me want to continue with Allstate; singlehandedly because of Hannah. I would recommend her to anyone looking for insurance; she truly does work in the customer's best interest.
