DO NOT waste your time or money with this agency . Nancy is very RUDE and she should be put out of business. I called her to speak with her about new insurance policies and being that I am a very polite person I asked HOW ARE YOU DOING TODAY and she huffed and puffed then said YOU IT WOULD BE PROPER IF YOU INTRODUCED YOURSELF FIRST so then I then realized that she was incapable of treating others with respect so I will take my business elsewhere . This lady is very tasteless in for actions of the way she speak to others. I am only giving her a star because I had too in order to post this she really needs to be given a rotten egg!
