I switched to working with Nadler 3 years ago when my old broker was no longer contracted with Safeco, my insurance company. At first, working with Mallory, I had a good experience. We have 4 polices that we switched. However, at some point a year+ ago, Nadler switched to a call center type customer service where you don't get a person to talk to. Instead, they communicate entirely by email. You get different people with each question, and with each policy you will end up with a different person that seem to only email, and responses take days at a time. So every little back and forth takes weeks. I tried to call the main number to get to anyone, but they end up referring you back to emails and their outsourced email support staff. Looking for a local insurance broker and newly moved to California, I was intending to write several policies, including for two cars, an RV and an umbrella liability, as my long-term insurer, State Farm, is effectively retreating from the California market. Nadler has 4.9 star reviews, but notice that the most recent Google reviews are 1-2 years old? Apparently in recent months Nadler has contracted with Covu.com for their sales team. It’s a call center operation. You break your brain trying to reach the agent you’re working with. Super poor contact work. Mistaken entries on applications. Almost the worst call center experience of my last years online. Definitely look for Any broker who has local agents working with you, Not Nadler. Gave 2 stars because the policies were finally written.
