Myron Jarman - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been dealing with State Farm insurance for both my home and auto for years and have always received excellent service, especially at the Jones Franklin Road branch. Ellie, at the front section, has been my regular contact. She is always ready to help with a wonderful attitude and professionalism. Just very recently, she solved a very complicated refund situation, with other involved institutions not having any clues. She saved me a bundle. Thank you for your attentive and caring service, Ellie. I am grateful.

Terrible customer service. I don’t even do reviews but feel like I had to write one. Takes forever and you are treated like a burden from the moment you call. And you have to call every time. It’s like they don’t even want your business

the lady at front disk is 👎 update: I had to transfer my account to an other state farm agent because of the lady at front disk, sorry mr myron I been with you since 1989 but its time to switch agents , you were so helpfull but lady at your office she alway has altittude and talks with a bad tone .I asked few time to talk to you to complain but she always tell me you in vication final update: before I tranferred my accont to an other statefarm agent . that old lady at front disk of mr myron , she told me she will fix the mistake she did in my policy , but she did not fix it , my new agent fixed it thanks to him . am just wondering why that rude un professiona lady why she still working in that office??? that office loosing clients because of her . any way I transfered to other agent and

Horrible customer service! The old lady at the front desk is always rude. Every time I deal with her if its over the phone or in person she's always rude! Today while she gives me a "courtesy call" after the second time she called when I hung up on her I asked to speak to someone else to take my payment and she would not pass me over. Get out of this business if you dont have the patience to deal with customers or maybe its my ethnicity she didnt like? I'm changing insurance just so I dont have to deal with her again. This is ridiculous!! If your making a courtesy call you have to be as friendly as possible & understanding to collect the money YOUR company wants. For this reason you've lost my business.

I had accidentally let my insurance lapse when I lost my credit card. When I called to request the form the state required, I was told that I had insurance on the specified date and that they would fax the form to the DMV as well as send it to me. Apparently neither of those things happened and she was mistaken. Wouldn’t have been a big deal I would have paid the fine and gone on my way. But Reyna didn’t inform me that the form didn’t apply or even that she hadn’t sent it in so now I have to pay to reregister my car. She also didn’t take any notes on my call so the office wouldn’t do anything. Horrible customer service and shady practices. If I was told that I was in the wrong initially, I could have avoided hefty fees.
