This agency works with the insurance company, not their clients. Went with Mynatt at the recommendation of a friend & reviews f but my experience was AWFUL. I had to chase them down for homeowner's quotes , THEN for follow up THEN AGAIN for information about the cancelation notice I received less than two months into the policy term. WHY have an agent if I'm doing all the legwork?? Was told the reason for cancellation was "galvanized pipe", I asked the agent what that meant & what I needed to do. The agent told me to "show the letter to a licenced plumber". I did and had $6K worth of work done based on what the agent & plummer said. Submitted all photos & documentation of work & was told that it wasn't what needed to be done. Reached out to agent again & after multiple follow ups, finally

I came in to see Shirlene and Tim her boss to see if they could help me with getting my flood insurance settled with my mortgage company. This has been going on since Hurricane Milton in 2024. I have been with Mynatt for close to 30 years. They have always been very helpful. After meeting with them on Friday, I am beginning to see light at the end of the tunnel. After several letters and phone calls from both of them, I believe relief is in my future. These people go out of their way to help. I highly recommend them for any insurance needs. I want to thank Mrs. Shirlene for her diligence in always being able to secure affordable insurance us.
