My experience was horrible! I thought that I had found a reputable insurance company with a good price for the coverage I needed. Instead, I was accused of having diseases that I did not have and worst yet, I was accused of being on narcotics! Number one, physicians use certain diagnosis codes so that diagnostics tests will be covered. It doesn't mean that patient has the disease, just that they are ruling it out! Secondly, everyone that knows me, even my physicians, know that I hate talking pain medications even after surgeries. I rather deal with the pain or take OTC Tylenol or ibuprofen! I've never been so damn insulted in my life!!!!!
