They are rude. Specifically a rep I spoke with David. He was unprofessional, rude and and asked to repeat himself due to him having a very strong accent. He was aggressive and rude.

4 years and still waiting like what the hell my lawyer keep tell me they have to wait to hear back from the adjuster even though the person who hit me was in wrong what the point of waiting if they can just say yes or no if they can help even they have all the information they need and yet no answer

The paper application submitted on my behalf was never acknowledged or perhaps even received. After reaching out via email I did get a response which was to start another application with a representative via email. My response via email was apparently never received - which I'm hoping doesn't lead to a timing issue since it was sent the same day. I genuinely am having difficulty with getting in contact with someone who is able to help with the process outside of emails. It seems like I have to get a lawyer which I cannot afford... I'm not through the process yet, but thus far it's been frustrating; especially when my surgeon delayed all follow-ups until I had a claim number. Highly recommend speaking to a lawyer before starting any paperwork consulting with the medical provider.

I was trying to file a claim with them, but I had questions, specifically what to do since I did not have a specific police report to finish my claim. I called and emailed and never received a response. Now a year later medical company sent me a bill and forgo the chance to file my no fault claim. Do not go through them unless totally necessary, idk if there's another company but this one will not help you. At least they will not help the little guy. I'm sure if its a case worth lots of money they might step up their service but be prepared to receive no help or even a call/e-mail back. I would give 0 stars if able.

Get you people who actually want to do there jobs, Thomas Skibo is no help what so ever, He doesn't know anything. Literally every question i asked him he sounds like he knows about nothing. So not helpful. and every other department i have called no answers. Even his supervisor. No one wants to pick up the phones. No one is helpful at this organization and no one clearly cares to work. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
