One of the worst insurance companies I have ever dealt with! They withdrew a double payment out of my checking account, admitted they did. So I was eligible for a refund check, going on over a month and still no check. Called 3 diffrent times and 3 diffrent answers. They encourage all of their customers to do automatic withdrawal, but it's against their company policy to automatically refund the funds back into your account. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. I have my business and auto through them and they both are canceled!!

Not happy with them. I was with them 15 yrs. Neber had a claim. I asked them to come check property damage from a storm. They said no damage. Then sent me a letter saying they are canceling my policy if I didn't fix the damage. First you say no damage but then threatening me with canceling because their is damage. Which is ir?? Had to get an attorney involved. Switched to another company

Mutual Benefit Group is very good when it's just making payments. The problem is when it comes to a claim. I had a person pull out of a parking lot and hit me on the rear driver side. I was told that it was my fault, because I should have seen him. Again, he pulled out , crossed traffic and into me (going the same direction. This is absolutely false, you cannot pull into traffic and hit the rear of another car. I got an estimate of $8k they sent some dippy lady and old guy out to appraise. She stood there and told me that it's just cosmetic and would just need buffed out. Well, my door is bent! My wheel has scuffs, she said that there is no damage, because my tire doesn't show damage. They said they'll pay half of the estimate minus my deductible. It's laughable to thing that this company

I have a claim in with this company through another company that worked on our home and did damage.And they are giving us a run around buyer beware of this company because they do not stand good and they try to low ball you, The woman that I spoke to on the phone from this company said that my claim would depreciate overtime. How does something depreciate? When it is a home repair that they're client caused to my home while they were repairing. The woman was very adamant and very insistent that I was not gonna get what I was supposed to. So like I said byer beware!!! No phone calls back.No emails no communication whatsoever, Is very poor business

I could not give it less than zero stars. This insurance company is unreliable. I had a flood in my house and the insurance adjuster never showed up to access the damage. I had do do everything on my own. Than the filed a claim anyways without ever responding. They have no ethics as I have been with them for over ten years and they increased my payment over $100 a month with no notice. I will be going to another company as this one has no morals. This place is not dedicated to their customers and are in it to steal from people.
