Moulton Insurance has been an excellent agency to work with. They are always pleasant and ready to help with any Insurance question or need that we have. We appreciate them and will continue to do so for years to come!

Rates go up every single year with no accidents, no tickets, no nothing. Horrible response time when it comes to their customer service. They make changes to your account without telling you, and then accuse you of being the one who made the change. Will be switching insurance as soon as I can - I would recommend not going here for your insurance needs. Wanted to support a smaller insurance company - but I can see why people go to the bigger companies instead.

I’ve used this agency since I got insurance for my first car and they’ve been excellent! I’m currently going through the claim process in regard to a fire and well it’s been quite a hassle. But the staff at moulton has been top notch helping me navigate through the chaos and deal with my insurance company. Molton has been giving my mother and I problem after problem. From retroactively upping our rate, and saying we owe more on our policy after fully paying the policies for the year to giving us bad advice when we asked if we need to get our cars reinspected, they told us we did not my mom was then pulled over for having an invalid sticker and we were told by the cop we needed to. To our current situation where I paid a policy fully months ago, and as I go to renew my registration I find out my car has no active insurance on it. What did I pay for and if this is what to expect with no warning or anything I wonder if this is a legitimate business anymore or if they are just taking people's money.
