Moriah Pyle - State Farm Insurance Agent

First impression, I thought this agency was great! Until I got noticed that they did not file my policy requirements properly, after the issue was addressed no one in Moriah Pyle took accountability, My policy, a incorrectly written policy was issued for over a month with no notification that I needed a different policy. I requested a cancellation. My request went not filled and I had to reach out to the carrier to request a cancellation on my own. I am now responsible for penalties and fee. Which could have been avoided if someone in the office would have notified, when they received notification that the policy I requested would not meet my needs. Extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability.

One of our vehicles suffered a total loss from two hail storms. Moriah handled about 90% of the communication getting the most money for our vehicle. Her efforts and availability are very appreciated.
