I had this insurance for many years and I continued my service with them when I purchased a new vehicle then the bank called me to tell me I've had not had insurance for 6 months. So basically if I would of been involved in a car accident I wouldn't of been covered even though I was paying every month. I don't recommend this insurance company AT ALL...ITS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY IVE EVER HAD.. I wonder how many customers have been in my shoes and haven't said anything.
They have been my agent for over 1 year and not once have they answered a phone call to help with renewals. I literally just speak directly with my insurance instead of them for changes.
I’ve been trying to call them several times and they never get my calls, bad service… not recommended
