Moore & Moore Insurance

We are new customers! We worked with Brandi, and she was amazing! She even stayed late to get our policy going, because she knew I was a nervous wreck about not having homeowners insurance for our brand new home. We had gotten a quote from another company, but the coverage was not as good, and the annual premium was over $1000 more! (for less coverage) Since we are new, and we have never made a claim, I'm not sure how the customer service is for that side of the business. But the service we received from Brandi at Moore and Moore was above and beyond! I highly recommend!!

I am a first time home buyer facing renewing my home insurance for the first time. We decided to go with Moore & Moore instead of renewing our previous policy. Brandi DeHoyos has been absolutely amazing! She is professional and kind, efficient and informative. She has been incredibly helpful throughout the process, I so appreciate her patience with me with my many questions. It is night and day the difference between her and the lady I dealt with with the initial set of home insurance I secured to get the home last year. I am so very happy I switched to Moore & Moore insurance instead of renewing my old policy and it’s all thanks to Brandi, she is an incredible asset to Moore & Moore insurance.

Ver y poor customer service. Too bad I've sent so many of my real estate clients their way. When the Headlines of Sunday's newspaper read that Sunshine State Insurance had gone under, my phone rang off the wall with former clients wanting to know what was next. Sure would have been nice of Moore & Moore to send out a "blanket" letter when this all started earlier this year letting people know not to panic or at the minimum explain what the process would entail. After all, most of us don't "sell insurance".
