My late husband and I have been with nationwide since 2004 my agent Barry passed away and then Moore took over. I File my first claim on my home last year 2024. Water damage and wind damage on my roof. All the money that my late husband and I have paid. They’ve decided to drop my policy. I’ve had two different roofing companies come out and both are saying wind damage. Nationwide had someone come out and they’re saying wear and tear. They just don’t want to replace it. Kinney asked to come to my house. No that’s not her position! I went elsewhere for my auto. What am I paying insurance for. Definitely not to just waste money or to line Moore pockets. Very poor communication and Kinney forgets that she’s dealing with adults not animals that she can speak to however she feels. Not me not eve

Auto and home policy's both I was paying twice as much than I should off I literally got twice the coverage for half the price with other company's. And the moment I questioned the rates I was paying there attitudes changed.

Used this agency for 7 years. Never had an issue until recently. Was moving and called for a quote for my new house, felt some uneasiness about the professionalism I encountered on the phone. While they did give me a quote, this led me to opening up a search for another insurance agency. Found a better price with a agency I felt better about. Contacted the Moore agency by phone and in writing via email informing them I did NOT need them to provide insurance for the new house. I never signed anything authorizing the new policy to begin. Flash forward 6 months and I received a bill from a debt collector stating I was 6 months overdue on my home insurance. Upon digging into the situation with the Moore agency (which professionally provided zero help) and Nationwide customer service I discover
