This company is the worst to deal with. They do not make any attempt to help you solve your claim. They approve it, you get excited thinking, I made a good decision, and then that is where the "good" service ends. They contract with unreliable contractors; parts take 2-3 months to arrive every time. Every technician has misdiagnosed my couch, and I can tell you have 11 months I am beyond frustrated. Every time I call, there is "nothing" they can do. If you have the option, save the money, as they won't actually do anything to help you.

Do not buy a insurance package from this third party vendor on furniture the sales people lie and they will not pay claims .
