We have been clients of this State Farm office since we moved to the area in 2014. Monica Kaplan is conscientious, knowledgeable, and takes her time explaining everything and answering our questions. We typically see her once a year to go over our policies, but if we pop into the office with a question, she knows our names and remembers things about us. Insurance stuff is never fun, but we feel better knowing we can trust Monica Kaplan and her team should we need anything.
