I've had State Farm on and off for years, always a good experience. Monica Cook and her office is a pleasure to work with. They are all very knowledgeable and treat you as a person not a number. I highly recommend!!!

Monica Cook State Farm Insurance Agency has been my parents insurer for decades for home and vehicles. We lost our father 12 years ago and our mother is in the final stages of alzheimer, and through it all, Monica and her staff have shown nothing but kindness and bent over backwards to help us and educate us as to our options when it comes to insurance and filing of claims. Trust is an understatement. They are like family. I know many people including myself have issues with insurance of all kinds. I found Monica Cook several years ago when I moved to Texas for 6 months. She treated me just the way I like to be treated. One of the family. So of course when I decided I was moving back, I contacted her office before I even arrived. I was pleasantly surprised that she has added a few more wonderful agents to her team who were also just as wonderful. All it took was one visit to the office and everything was taken care of.

I had State Farm for about 6 years or more. I never got a ticket or was in a wreck but every six months my monthly payments went up. The only time they would call me was to say my premiums were going up. Finally I contacted Geico and now I’m paying a hundred dollars less than what I was with State Farm. These people aren’t in the business of helping you.
