Completely abominable. Only when I get a job and get on new insurance do they start denying claims from 10 months - over a year ago. Never available for assistance. Their care plan coordinators were constantly quitting. Working in healthcare now Molina is notoriously not well received from what I see. And I can understand why after my experience!

Molina would not give me prior authorization for my two medications i really needed! they blamed the doctor for not sending it over when they clearly did…. Theyre lazy and wont do their job! Instead all i got was a nothing we can do lmao welltheyre resposible for clearing the authroizations so that makes no sense. i shouldnt have to call 12 times. This insurance is horrible. its a good thing i didnt die yet from not getting them 😡

Molina Healthcare has yet to pay my wife for her work as a Private Duty Nurse beginning in April of 2022. She worked for Molina Healthcare for six months before giving up. I'm looking for legal advice from any in the field of labor laws, we have been trying to get her paid for so long, and the number of hours we have invested in this would pay someone's salary well over a month. This Insurence company doesn’t cover anything, they keep asking for prior authorization from the dr every week. I am out you need to hire somebody full time to keep calling them for an eye drops
