An unprofessional office with terrible customer service. I encourage all readers to shop around before purchasing insurance through Mohammad. Not only are the prices they charge heavily inflated to their closest competitors, if you can get someone on the phone, they will bounce you person to person, forcing you to call multiple times for simple requests. An office to avoid.

It makes more sense that when you see errors in your policy one would question them and try to get clarification. For these people to act like your questions are stupid and waste of time is unprofessional. The simple fact alone I made it clear I wanted clarity and Mr. Mohammad response is “I have other customers and don’t have time to answer your questions.” Is ridiculous just like my auto insurance price going up randomly being ridiculous. All they care about is their commission. Not the customer. I’m going to a different agent one who is not greedy.

Very disappointed. I've been a customer for more that 2 decades. My bike just got stolen from my own front porch and Allstate will not cover the loss because it is a pedal assist bike. Moreover, I learned this news after talking to an agent and after spending hours getting a police report and receipts. I have spent thousands of dollars with your company. I am shocked that Allstate will not cover a bike theft just because it has pedal assist. I am dropping my account with you at the next opportunity. Otherwise, I've had no complaints about your service. Thank you and please relay my feedback to your headquarters.

A few days ago I visited with Ana and Mohammed. I was immediately impressed with their kindness and professionalism. The office is very clean and organized. They have been in business many years and it shows in their ability to accommodate and communicate (especially with them being a bilingual office). With that said; I wanted to take the time to leave a very nice review as it is well deserved. Thank you again Ana and Mohammed. I hope this review helps others.

One winter my car was parked in front of my residence - another slid down the hill (it had snowed very badly) and broadsided my car, knocked it up on the sidewalk - the undercarriage, trunk, wheels, tires, windows, fenders, etc were horribly damaged - I thought it was a "total loss"! An inspector came out, crawled all under the car, inspected it very thoroughly, spoke with me so kindly about the damages, sent a tow truck to take the car for necessary repairs and painting of the damaged areas. When I went to pick up my car I couldn't believe it was the same car! My auto insurance covered the cost of a rental car and the repairs! I am a senior in my 70's - it was a great comfort for me to know what a reputable company I was affiliated with! Thank you Allstate!
